BOOKING

If you wish to book a trip with us for another person, you have to be authorized by this person to do so.

What kind of data do we collect from you?

When you book a trip, the data you provide to us is recorded by us. We collect the data including:

  • Name, address, place of residency, phone number and e-mail;
  • Date of birth;
  • Payment details;
  • Dietary data (if you wish to provide it);
  • Necessary medical data (if you wish to provide it);
  • Information about the booked trip.

For which purposes do we use your data?

  • We need your data to make requests, to provide you with information about your trip, for relevant communication concerning the booking, for a good realization of the trip and to process the booking and payment.
  • Your dietary data will be shared with the hotel or other travel service providers that take care of meals and in case you dietary data has a medical or religious reason, we will share it only if you give permission for this.
  • Name and address data, bank data and information about the booked trip, the costs and the payment are processed as needed for the accountancy, debtors ledger and collection transactions.
  • Your data can be used for a legitimate interest of the company or third parties, such as handling complaints, disagreements and legal claims, insofar as your interest should not prevail.

Basis

We collect data to implement the agreement that we have with you. In addition, the data will be processed based on the legitimate interest of the company and third parties, insofar as your interests should not prevail. Furthermore, the data will be collected to satisfy legal obligations, including in particular the obligation to keep accounts. You need to give us your explicit permission to process your dietary and medical data.

How long do we store your data?

  • Unless otherwise specified, personal data will be stored for up to two years after the trip.
  • Medical data will be deleted immediately after your trip has ended.
  • As far as we need the data for tax authority, the data will be stored during the prevailing mandatory period (generally for 7 years).
  • The retention period mentioned above may be deviated from because of a legal obligation or legitimate interest of the company and third parties, insofar as your interests should not prevail. NEWSLETTER

What kind of data do we collect from you?

We collect data such as your name and e-mail.

For which purposes do we use your data?

When you sign up to our newsletter or you are our customer, your data will be used to send you a digital newsletter. We ask your name to personalize the salutation of the newsletter.

Basis

In case you are not our customer, we will process your data to the extent that you have given us permission to use or send out the newsletter. If you are already a customer, we will send you a newsletter based on the legitimate commercial interest of the company in sending the most current travel offer to its customers.

How long do we store your data?

Your data will be stored for these purposes, until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe under every newsletter.

With whom do we share your data?

We use an external e-mail program to send the newsletter.

What kind of data do we collect from you?

With your permission we collect data concerning your surfing behaviour and your preferences. To perform this, we use tracking cookies and scripts. Hereby, we collect your IP-address.

For which purposes do we use your data?

This data is used to build profiles, so that we can show you targeted advertisements and offers become more relevant to you.

The data will be only processed based on your permission.

How long do we store your data?

Your profile will be stored for up to 6 months after the last website visit.

With whom do we share your data?

Your profile is stored by an external analytics service.

COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE TRIP

What kind of data do we collect from you?

We collect data such as your name, the trip taken, the complaint and other information you have included in your complaint.

For which purposes do we use your data?

  • We use the data for the internal evaluation of the complaint.
  • In case the complaint relates to the execution of the trip, we use the data for feedback to the relevant travel service provider with a request for a response to the complaint.
  • Your data can be used for the legitimate interest of the company and third parties, such as disagreements and legal claims, insofar as your interests should not prevail.

We collect your data to imply the agreement that we have with you. In addition, data is processed based on the legitimate interest of the company and travel service providers in thorough complaint evaluation and handling of the complaint, insofar as your interests should not prevail.

How long do we store your data?

The data concerning the complaint will be stored for up to 2 years after handling the complaint.

With whom do we share your data?

If applicable, we will submit to, and discuss relevant personal data and the complaint details with the travel service provider, our lawyer and / or insurer and dispute settlers.

How do we protect your data?
